World Factbook entry on Indonesia Both CARE and Doctors Without Borders do excellent work in Indonesia in the effort to alleviate poverty and provide health care. Both organizations have also been heavily involved in the reconstruction efforts in the areas that were devastated by the tsunami. SEALnet (Southeast Asian Service Leadership Network) has ongoing programs in many Southeast Asian countries. They do excellent work in local communities.
